On another optimistic view, at least the Wild get to see a re-energized Nino this weekend, albeit on another team.

That's about as great of a defensive game as you will see. Its a game like that or going into Tampa, Calgary, Winnipeg and getting wins on the road but struggling at home that drives a fan crazy. One may have thought the 5 game homestand was going to be to their benefit but it may actually be these road games that gets them in.

Have to start capitalizing on those point blank opportunities though... 1 for 5 isn’t going to cut it. With that said, agree on the great defensive effort tonight. Dubnyk made some very key saves as well.

One area we can all agree to be optimistic about i think, is the play of the young guys lately. Hopefully greenway can keep scoring goals like the one he did last night, make power moves to the net while using his big frame to control the puck. Hopefully Fiala can start to get some consistency going.

Well great! I missed a good game on Friday night, then paid attention to the terrible game (updates on my phone) on Saturday night. I think I just have to not pay attention to the Wild for them to win. Someone wake me up when the playoffs start...if the Wild make it.
