But the way I look at it, the importance of finishing lower isn't increase your odds at a top pick, but protect yourself from moving down in the draft order. If you finish 2nd the worst you'll pick is 5th overall. If you finish 5th you can end up picking 8th.

In 2016 you had two teams move up into the top three.
In 2017 you had three teams move up into the top three including us getting Nico from 5th spot and Philly getting Nolan Patrick from the 13th spot!

He played for Unconn hockey, who cares. Seeing that finals game in person is my Nam.

LA vs Calgary at 9, Det vs SJ at 10:30. A loss tonight will at least keep us even with them.
