Indeed he did... perfect for a 4th line/extra F

I don't see the point when you have some of the younger guys potentially making the roster next year.

Maybe if they sign him to a couple years at $1.25 or $1.5 mil per year then I suppose.

Well yea, he certainly isnt gonna get an 8 year deal at 5 million a year... and those youngsters would be better served playing top minutes in the AHL than playing 7-8 minutes on the 4th line... apples and oranges buddy!

I was talking more about degrees in sociology, anthropology, politics science, arts...etc

The ones you mentioned are actually useful to society.

My cousin is doing his Phd in political science at UBC, don't know what he'll do with it.

Yes, one out of the 20 in the class will do that.

The other 19 will work for some ministry in the government, filling out forms. Because they don't care in what you studied, they just know you're able to learn stuff.

it's kind of a no brainer to bring him back at that cost. worst case you can bury most of that in the AHL (think it's 900k). worthwhile risk to see if he's the next Paul Byron.

Peca, Hudon, Deslauriers.... any of these guys on the team next season? Especially if Weal comes back.

Out of the three I guess Deslauriers has the best chance?

I agree, he does but he's still a long shot in my opinion...

14 forwards... Domi, Drouin, Kotkaniemi, Gallagher, Tatar, Shaw, Armia, Suzuki, Danault, Lehkonen, Byron, Poehling, Weal and Evans... if none get traded of course

I know, I know... Suzuki in Laval

I like Evans, but is there a spot for him next season if Poehling is playing with the Habs?

Domi (sure he could be moved to the wing but after such a strong season at center is it really the smart move?)
Danault
KK
Poehling
Evans
Suzuki

All these guys are normally centremen.

The team needs to get younger. Maybe add Cullen to balance it out.

Laval and Verdun are completely different. One is close to downtown and one is way outside the city, and really, acts as its own city.

Also it's own island...

Lots of guys get drafted as C and move to the wing, I believe Marner and Nylander were drafted as C
