This is the type of game Jackets fans are used to and by that I mean the Jackets giving up a three goal lead and losing a game they had in hand.
Think this will be a fun series. Looking at 6-7 games. Lightning have all the pressure on them. That is not an enviable position.

Hopefully we see a similar response from the Lightning like we did last year after they lost the first game of the series to the Bruins last year.

the loss was simple....the bolts were probably already looking past the jackets before the game started, the 1st period obviously didn't help, and they completely took their foot off the gas and paid for it.

even in that loss......other than a 5 minute stretch in the 3rd....the bolts were the much better team. Bob made about eight 5 bell saves, and the bolts probably missed the net by half an inch on another 10-15 glorious chances. tampa was the dominant team for a large majority of that game

Gonna have to disagree on that. Bob made two big saves in the first min of period 2 and 2 big ones in the last minute of period 2. The jackets controlled everything the rest of that period and found a way to shut the Lightning down the rest of the way.

When you give up a shorty and a power play goal against in the third period in a game you entered the period with a 2 goal lead that normally is a recipe for disaster.

Let's see how they rebound. Long series to go. I felt they were the better team for the most part.

I was impressed by Miller (he almost scored) and his line mates (Tony and Killorn). I wanted to see more of them and was disappointed when I saw More Erne and Joseph at the end of the game then I did 3rd line (Cooper haters attack here)

In line rushes this morning, Miller was given some PP1 time over Palat which I prefer. I'm a big Palat fan but he is playing with low confidence right now.
