I might be wrong, but they have the best record out of the team eliminated, so they get the last pick of the teams bounced in the 1st round, pick #23. Add 31 for that pick in the 2nd round and it’s 54? Might not be the right way to do it but I think it is.

The best 1st out of all the conditionals we could’ve gotten is the 3rd turning to a 1st in the 2020 draft if Zucc resigns in DAL. I could see DAL missing the playoffs next year and that becomes a lottery pick.
