I know it doesn't sound like it, but I promise I'm over last night. I really am.
Kadri is gonna get suspended for probably 3 games too many and I've made peace with that. The refs (frank)ed the dog and I made peace with that. Dubrusk's headshot sucked but it is what it is. A lot of calls and missed calls really sucked, but it is what it is.
But man, that roughing penalty on Kadri will get me for a long time. Kadri got 2 minutes for being Kadri.

I'd say Matthews is probably better but Marner brings it more often.

If we could get a full season of a healthy Matthews, it would make whole lot clearer.

When Marner is on the top of his game, does anybody say he is/could be a top 3 player? Nope. But as of now he is more consistent.


Matthews was the best player on the Leafs in his rookie season.

Earned bias against him or not, yesterday was a joke for Kadri. I feel for the dude. There aren't many players that have to go through as much poop as he does. I can't defend the play, he'll get rightfully suspended, but the refs had 3 different opportunities to rectify poop before it got that poopstorm.
