I like Duchene. He's also versatile. On a long term deal he can shift to the wing for the last couple of years and still be effective. Just depends on how much he wants and if he sees an opportunity here.

I agree that they'll do something at C, but Casey was sheltered heavily. He played low 3rd line minutes and got 72% ozone starts. They need a strong two-way C, not sure that's Duchene at 9m+. Need a solid plan B when you lose out on him.
