I thought the calls were consistent, they set the tone for the whole game. They missed calls for both teams but called the same kind of penalties on both.
- LeafMan

I thought they were better than they have been in the series but still not overly good. The interference Hainsey got called for, Boston does that multiple times every shift.

Also, on their first goal, they held Rielly's stick.

At least you have an excuse. I thought Burkie was gonna be great and I was sober.
- shack67

I too had high hopes for Burke. He seemed so sure of himself.

Although I was drunk/high pretty often back then.

That was a much better called game.

Still physical, still playoff intensity, but they didn't let them get out of hand.

Johnsson was great tonight too. And the fourth line I thought has been good all series.

I believed everything he said. I still can’t believe I fell for his shtick. Although I do like him as a talking head.

In that sense, yes. This game was vastly better than game 2.

La Chèvre played a damn good game tonight.

Anus played well, too.

He was just entertaining. I loved his interviews, especially when he'd call out the media for something.

All his bluster and stuff was fun to watch before you realized he couldn't back up his words.

He's entertaining as a media guy, when he isn't just badmouthing the Leafs. As I suspected he would be.

He’s had so many different jobs in hockey and that makes him a wealth of knowledge. Very smart guy too.

Watching McKinnon play...a man possessed. Dominating. Just hoping Matthews can elevate to that level during the playoffs. Taking the body, engaged in the defensive zone and almost unstoppable in the o-zone.

Both the penalties in the 1st were soft as hell. That was the refs setting the tone, making sure it didn't get out of hand.

Game 1 and 3, the refs kept it tight, and as a result, Boston had no answer for the Leafs depth.

Boston can only win by being a bunch of goons. Team doesn't belong in the playoffs.

Yeah, there are times when you can see how clueless some of the other media types are when talking with Burke, because he clearly actually knows what he's talking about.
