If anyone knows that one blowout victory means nothing to the rest of the series, it should be us after that Anaheim series. But I'll happily continue to be wrong if it means the Flames lose in the 1st round

They’re much worse than the Canucks of old. The Sedins were always gentlemen, and Luongo was/is funny as hell. The current iteration of the Flames has no such redeeming qualities.

I see the Av's winning this in 6.

With the addition of Makar, I think their top 4 D is better than Calgary's. Colorado also has the best player in the series, in addition to the bigger (and I'd argue better) top line. Goaltending between the two is basically a wash.

If Backlund decides to be a force then maybe Calgary can pull it off, but I just don't see it.
