nice to see some deadline deals working out for a change. So often the players don't gel with the team in time. Duchene, Stone, Muzzin (early deal but w/e), and Dzingel are all fitting in very nicely and right on time.

Also interesting to see one of the all time flops of in league history as a result of one of the best "all in" deadline deals

hell if they go far or win the cup they might have a chance of convincing Bob and Panarin to stay, if they stay real good chance Duchene and Dzingle stay too.

Nick Foligno, Ryan Dzingel, Matt Duchene - all great Sens players when they were here. Thing about Dzingel is that he can score big goals even if he goes many without any. Lots of people forget but he was the one that tied game 7 against the Pens in the ECF

Tampa was ripe for the upset, they really didn't have anything to play for down the stretch. I'd rather be a team fighting to get in and using that momentum than one that clinched months ago and are just going through the motions.

Than again, that dude DID touch the President's Trophy...

Tanner said 6 series were coin flips, but Tampa and Calgary were obvious sure things.
