PC is a brilliant GM because of his ability to get rid of really good players without stressing about it too much. Instead of trying to figure out whether or not to try and sign Marner to a 5 or 8 year deal, Chiarelli can simply trade him away; stress and worry gone!

If PC is brilliant because of that, does that mean Pierre Dorion is the king of all GMs because of his ability to trade away a Norris d-man, a 1st line center, and a top 5-RW and should-be Selke winner?

PC immediately signs Wayne Simmonds to a 7 year 7.5 million per year deal, Trades Auston Matthews for Hamilton and trades Nylander for mid round pics because character issues.

I just think it is really sad that Toronto is ruining the best years of Auston Matthews Career. I'm sure he will be asking for a trade soon, if he hasn't already.
