I would like to see Jumbo Joe hoist the cup. Guy has always been a class act.

Has there been any word on how Pavelski is doing? What are the odds he plays early in the second round?

Greatest game I ever saw the other night! But it’s still very hard to have any confidence in Jones, I feel like every shot could go in. But they can score enough to over come him imo

Good luck vs Avs!

lol pretty cocky blog considering the refs completely changed the outcome. Before all you shark fans rip into me, try reversing the situation. If you don't think that was a bs call then you're easily the dumbest person I've ever come across.

That's fine, don't agree with the 5 either. But the refs also changed the outcome in game 2.

It was not a penalty or at the least def not a major. The ref prob thought he got hit in the throat when it was his chest. He sold the it too, laid on the ground.

With that said I do hope Sharks win, for Jumbo Joe.

Eakins goal was a high stick so it shouldn’t have gone to OT

Screw Jumbo Scrub. He made a few derogatory remarks about the Rangers a few years back. He can go Cupless the rest of his career!!

Has to be the best chance the Sharks have ever had..

2nd round opponent isn't great - should be Colorado in 5
West Finals would be the fave against Dallas or St. Louis

The best team in the East/NHL (Tampa) it out

The only legitimate threat is Boston. Other than that, Sharks would be fave against all remaining teams.

Pete DeBoer completely deserves a bullpoop 5 minute major that HELPS his team.

Somewhere Steve Bernier is smiling.

Because (frank) Vegas.

And the LA Kings...

And Kovalchuck...

Go Sharks!

Was that after Hertl scored those 4 goals and the Rangers were giving a rookie a hard time for celebrating and Joe said something about if he got four goal he might just whip it out and stroke it? If so I wouldn't say the Rangers didn't have it coming.

I don't follow the West too closely, but that was definitely a comeback for the ages and I am glad I watched it. Well done.

Yup he sold it. He used fake blood pouches too so the refs thought he was actually hurt. You’re a sad cuck.

Did I say the stick caused it bro? It’s from his half cage when his head hit the ice. Use some common sense bro.

I've already said I didn't think it was a penalty, it was a standard play that resulted in an unfortunate injury.

Yeah, watching a game be decided by terrible officiating isn't what everyone loves about sports. And pretty much anyone who believes in "the hockey gods" will tell you they aren't going to be on the side of a team that advanced for the reasons the Sharks did.

Save it. Sh!tty calls happen. The phantom goalie interference by Couture in game two because of Fleury's acting (which was a 2 goal swing & decided the game) plus Eakin's high-stick goal that was allowed to stand in game 7 is proof....it works that way for both sides. Any reason why the Knights couldn't stop any of those 4 goals on the PK?

Live by the sword, die by it. T.S.

....& the "Hockey Gods" may be finally doing something right after the Sharks have routinely been on the losing end of NHL officiating & "DOPS" reviews since their inception....
