Flyers sign Panarin.
Flyers trade Voracek for a veteran top-4 defenseman (with other picks/pieces involved).
Flyers trade Gostisbehere for a 2C.
Laughton, Hartman, Provorov, Sanheim, Konecny all get signed.
Talbot signs a 2 year deal in the $3 mil per year range.
