Just saying there is a lot of factors in Edmonton right now other then picking 8 instead of 20. They need to make something happen

That teams needs an enema. Kreider won't get them in the playoffs. Also what would be tthe chances Kreider re-ups there? I think Kreider isn't worth anything when trying to move up because of his contract and ufa status
- mdw7413

I agree with that

Kreider is not a "move up in the draft" type of trade piece

he's attractive to a contender trying to add the final piece to make a run next season

I’d play on Mars if I had the chance to ride with McDavid. Kreider can match his speed, not many line mates could

I’m just finding my inner Tom for a bit

You know I love you brah, I wouldn’t fight you all day haha

I know, I just find it funny all of a sudden people are getting annoyed if its not hockey talk 100% of the time. Hell when I started lurking here in like 2009 the thing that always brought me back reading was the hilarious poop that was talked about including hockey.

Love you too TJ

TDL trade

Georgiev or a cost controlled guy would be a move up player

Funny how you were surprised Kravtsov was 6'4. I was always surprised the opposite because the videos you guys posted he always looked huge and I was surprised he was listed at 6'2. I thought he played with the lollipop guild

He's still listed as 6'2" on some sources. Maybe he plays on stilts.

They gotta have condos with indoor pools.

I just don’t believe that a team would trade a first for him and not a trade where you only moving down 12 spots. 8 to 20 could end up being the same guy regardless

I still am very skeptical that they will trade Kreider at the draft, I think he either gets an extension July 1st or he is like Zucc and Hayes last year and it's an issue all season and he gets traded at TDL

If I’m Edmonton I do that in a heartbeat. Worst case they’re the ones the trade him at the TDL

I think Georgiev and 20 is more realistic to move up to 8

I dont see Edmonton interested in guys with one year deals

- jimbro83

I'd say it's because he didn't offer the deal to Ken Holland. He offered it to a bunch of armchair GM's who have been pulling their hair out for years watching inept jackasses dismantle their favourite team!!!!

How bout we talk more hockey, less candy bars, is that possible?
- Slimtj100

Perhaps, and I'm just spitballing this here, it's because we have explored EVERY conceivable combination of trade possibilities (and impossibilities).
June 28 can't come soon enough!!!

What happens if he gets injured again, what happens if he has a year where his shooting percentage dips for no reason. Move him while he still has peak value.

What happens if my Richard falls off?

We are discussing when Kreider would be worth the most with everything being equal. Its clearly the tdl
