Hated Kerri Frazier
- nyrangers2

He didn't bother me too much compared to the others. Frazier always looked like he was ready to do a shoot for the Sears catalog

Bill McCreary just for the fact he looked like a cat died under his nose
- mdw7413

lol. Yeah, some of those refs were cartoon looking. I think I slightly disliked Mccreary, but I don't remember hating him

I don't think it's off base no. It makes perfect sense. Just in the NHL I know better than to assume they will automatically just be done. I hope you are right, I don't take joy in everyone doing their best Tim Peel impression.

Referee's work is assessed after every round and only the ones who are deemed to have done the best jobs "move on" to the later rounds, so ultimately you end up with the "best" ones working the Final. That's exactly the reason that the ones from the SJS/VGK series didn't move on to the 2nd round, because they blew a pretty obvious call.

So I'm confident that that dippoop crew from last night probably won't be working again. Not only did they miss that hand pass but they missed a headshot from Blais on Braun and totally missed Perron shooting the puck over the glass. They were atrocious.

Are you saying he was packing a hog?

No one can ever disparage something that belongs in the Sears wishbook. Legit always a highlight of my childhood year.

I don't think you listen to Spittin' Chiclets, but Fraser's interview about a month or two ago was really, really good

The only problem is aren't there only two crews left? Didn't they tell all the others to go home?

If you are one of those people who would get upset by Hughes.

Step 1: Run as fast as you can
Step 2: Jump head 1st into a (frank)ing wood chipper

I literally LOLed at this.

That I'm not sure of, that's the only reason I said maybe they have to keep working. I'm 150% speculating, but if I were to take a wild guess I'd think they have four crews remaining. I don't think they only have one crew allotted per series.

Technically speaking, I don't think Step #1 is necessary. I am relatively sure that a wood chipper would still achieve its main purpose if you just eased yourself in like it were a hot tub

We should start a list of officials that we hated back in the day. I forgot how bad Koharski was. So far we have

Schick
McGeough
Koharski

One of my friends hated Van Massenhoven, but I don't remember hating him

lol, most of my time with the wish book was when I was a kid. I was just more focused on going to town on circling every little thing that I even remotely wanted. Most dissapointing present I got from there was the NES game Wallstreet Kid. The screenshots made it look fun, it was not fun.

lol I never heard that one before.

P.S. I had forgotten Van Massenhoven is now the supervisor of officiating. He's going on the list. Apparently years ago my friend was right and he did suck

Who the ref we hate that looks like he got stuck in the middle of the evolution chart? St. Pierre?
