The biggest takeaway for me:

And Botts sounds like a guy ready to wheel and deal. (whether that ends up being good or not, we'll see)

You have some big LW/RW issues. Most of our guys look terrible when you ask them to switch to RW.

Yeah, I don't see Reinhart playing LW. Nylander can play some RW. Olofsson should really be on the left to maximize his RH shot imo

I'd be all for Mitts playing center between like Marcus Johansson and another winger with MJ taking some of the d zone face offs and then swapping. Or even Mitts just playing wing next to MJ for awhile. Nelson and Anders Lee can also both play C and a wing easily.
