If he can do this behind the bench, the Sabres are in good shape.

This has the makings of one of the most active off seasons ever.
between the CAP crunch of Toronto and Winnipeg...as well as a few others....and the impending FA market filled with stars like karlsson, panarin, and Bobrovsky. There should be quite a bit of player movement and some very active GMs.
Gonna be interesting once it all gets into full-swing!!! |

Just because the Nucks have cap space doesn't mean they are in on every free agent. |

LA Kings forward Ilya Kovalchuk is telling Artemi Panarin to sign with the Islanders because of a 76 year old GM?

So to sign Panarin, it seems that there is some Russian collusion going on. |

Pretty sure kovi would be recruiting Panarin to LA not to another team. LA should look at Panarin as they need scoring desperately but I doubt he signs with kings |

Forget the fact that Kovalchuk recruiting Panarin to another team just doesn't make sense. The fact of Lou asking Kovalchuk to do that is almost certainly some form of tampering under the CBA since Kovalchuk is under contract to another NHL franchise. |

Maybe you're just trying to get people to react but...
What possible reason would Colorado have to sign Gardiner? They have three puck moving defensemen (Barrie, Girard and Makar) one of whom (Barrie) is a virtual clone of Gardiner except for the part where Barrie outproduces him every season.
Heck every time a Barrie for Nylander trade was mentioned a couple years ago the reply was always, "why would Toronto want Barrie when they already have Gardiner?"
With Johnson, Cole, Zadorov, Girard, Barrie, Makar and Timmins why on earth would Colorado spend FA money on Jake Gardiner?
Are you throwing darts at a board with all the team's names on it and just writing down whatever gets hit? |

My sources said the same thing. |

How could Panarin be conflicted already? Has he received offers that already makes free agency a rough decision?

Timmins is kind of uncertain at the moment, not saying that it creates a need for Gardiner, nobody really needs Gardiner anyhow...
When was the last time Timmins even played hockey? And is a full recovery a guarantee in his case? |

Toronto doesn't have the cap to be in on UFAs unless they're off the scrap heap. More to come. |

Firstly, my point is disputable based on mentioning Timmins?
Secondly, Sakic said just yesterday that Timmins is 100%. I saw him sitting next to Shane Bowers through the entirety of Game 4 v Calgary including the OT with my own eyes. I'm pretty sure that anyone with any remnant of post-concussion syndrome would not be able or allowed to sit through 3 plus hours of that environment that reached a reported 123 db noise level. Yes, he lost a year of development and will need some time in the AHL but he was the last cut from camp two years ago so it's safe to say the Avs like his game. I don't have any hesitation saying he's yet another reason on the long list of why the Avs have absolutely zero interest in Jake Gardiner.
