I agree completely remove reviews for offside.
For goaltender interference if the attacking player is in the crease and interferes no goal. If the attacking player is not in the crease and interferes with the goalie, it's a goal. That's a start and they can go from there.
What I would like to be tested is on line changes. Player B cannot go on the ice until player A is completely off. More odd man rushes, players tired because they cant make it off. Could lead to more goals while not changing anything major about the game.

The refs don't appear to be held accountable. Looking at how all the playoff games are being called, these playoffs have a slight stench to them, especially with the Boston & San Jose games. Almost as if they are being "steered" in a certain direction.

Will anything be done to these remedial refs . . . or will it be business as normal, and they'll be back in action next season ??

I agree except for your view on offsides. I understand offsides is frustrating but it's either a rule or it isn't a rule. Leaving offsides to only the ref's and eliminating coaches challenges isn't something that makes sense. That would effectively change offsides from "whether the player was over the line before the puck" to "whether the ref catches the call or not". That is definitely not something I want in the game. The rules should be the rules, not a rule if the time is 8pm or maybe if the ref washed his contacts properly, etc.

But that does still leave the problem of being able to tell if close calls are offsides or not. To handle that the rules of offsides itself should be changed. There's a few ways this can be done but I do like the idea of treating the blue lines as planes. We should be at the point where a computer can place a plane on the ice and see if the plane is indeed broken or not. That should be completely possible right now with current technology and would take seconds to confirm, not the 5-10 minutes that there is now.

This would keep the rule as the rule not an ever changing one that would exist if left completely to the refs. It would also cut down massively on the time to conduct the review making it not a dragged out boring procedure.

Yea that's not how the hand pass rule works. Unless the Blue's player has possession of the puck it's a hand pass. Doesn't matter if it hit 5 Blue's knee's.
