I don't mind the Dead...but nah never liked or got into Phish - TPC
Took a while, but I went from DMB > Dead > Phish.
Nothing like giving all your money away to see old and middle aged guys perform for the 100th time. |

Good morning all, Happy 25th anniversary of "The Guarantee" - airjan23
We were all pooping our brains out 25 yrs ago today then
I just remember thinking it was over when it was 2-0 jersey, Rangers looked lifeless and Richter was literally saving the season before Kovalev finally scored |

For all the subway haters (looking at you Chiefs) I was the only person on my train this morning. City is a ghost town this weekend - Bean_Dip
They caught the subway brake pulling guy. Then they release him on minimal bail, which I assume he will just pull more emergency brakes. |

Even at that age, I turned off the TV in disgust after 2-0. I flipped back a little while later, and was shocked we had tied it up.

Agreed on both points. Richter was a beast in the second period. |

I was watching with my dad, he walked away from the TV in disgust early on. |

So who has the pleasure to be at work today? Of course I'm here, but everyone knows I'm odd. I'm someone that would much rather have off when like no one else has off. - 2sticks1puck

At least here in the corporate world, people love taking the day off or half days before a three day weekend. I just don't like burning days like that when I have nothing planned, or when I know everything will be super busy. July 4th is on a Thursday this year, 10/10 I'll be one of the very few working July 3rd or 5th. |

How many shows are you seeing? Phish tix aren't expensive and you can always trade certain items for them anyway! |

lol enjoy the traffic. Best thing about my commute is I don't have to touch any major roads. Since today a ton of people will be off or leaving early, it should be pretty smooth sailing. I'd avoid the beach like the plague this weekend. - 2sticks1puck
Meh, not during lunchtime today. It's just the practice. I wouldn't go to the actual air show if someone handed me a $100 bill, those crowds are a god damn nightmare |

I probably should be glad I was a kid when that game happened. I was still young enough to have an optimism that "hey maybe we came back" and managed to turn it back on. If something like that happened today, I'd probably be like your dad and turn it off because I would know better about this franchise. Although I guess my phone's notifications would save me when I saw that we were scoring goals. |

This tour, I have both nights at SPAC and Fenway. Looking to sell my SPAC tickets though, so just Fenway this tour (taking almost a month off, so I don't think i can swing the full week of july 4th)
Yeah, if you get them via lottery, not bad at all. I was on the floor for the NYE run this year for $80 |

So a guy in January bet $400 on St. Louis winning the cup at 250-1. How bout that poop. He’ll get 100k if it happens - Slimtj100
If I was him would bet $25,000 on Boston to win the cup. |

Ed Sheeran is the new Dave Matthews in that he has fans for no apparent reason. Change my mind |
