I assume they’ll be apologizing again after last night? How do you miss a blatant trip when standing 15 feet away and looking directly at it? NHL officiating this playoff season has been a disgrace.

Awful. Just. Awful.

How do you apologize for ignoring a trip that leads to a game winning goal.

The saddest part is Berube played the officials with his comments.

Both should have been called and play on. The ref choked and it cannot be apologized for.

feel sorry for ya Paul..having to explain an cover for the incredibly poor officiating during these playoffs...the obvious missed calls and refusal to make the call when they are 5 feet away is getting epidemic...

huge problem...the nhl as created this with their two tiered officiating system: regular season and playoff...

sutherland has been really bad this playoff...

it not about what make him looks bad...he writes a blog giving insight into the worst officiating in professional sports...its the nhl that has the problem
