Is Chara in? Is Chara out? Grzelcyk, in? Grzelcyk out? Doesn't seem like anyone knows.

RA has his sources, he's usually spot on. He had Kevan Miller out for playoffs as the Bruins and others were reporting he's out for most of round 1.

I agree, go with 7. Cant have another game where were playing 5 defensemen for 40 minutes.

No worries. We travel a lot to games and always wear our Blues stuff...some of the places we thought would be the worst (The Joe when the Blues and Red Wings were playing each other in the playoffs all the time) were some of the best . Some we expected to be good (Jets) were amazing.

Only the Chicago experience was bad but we went at the end of the year during the year the Blues won the president's trophy and the Hawks were terrible. The Blackhawks fan next to me finally stood up and put a couple of guys in their place. I think he could see I had reached my end of tolerance level.

Buying the cheapest highest seat might be a mistake (sometimes, not always, it seems like the alcohol consumption ratio gets higher there which ups the odds of a potential bad experience imho) but no reason to have to buy crazy expensive to ensure a good experience either imho

But enough about Toronto, this is a SCF blog, maybe your great, great grandad remembers those.

Social media is acting like cassidy is a genius for starting Chara, "journalists" I respect. Seriously? Give me a break. Everyone expected that, including Berube I would have to think. As soon as you knew he was playing, you could bank he was starting.

That second STL goal was absolutely (frank)ing atrocious.

How that penalty isn't called is disgraceful.

I’m all for the NHL permanently dismissing the referee that missed that trip from ever reffing again.

I have no skin in the game and the refereeing in the SC Playoffs havent sucked this bad in decades. Luckily, Gary Bett-berg-stein-diamond-rosen-golden-david-money says: "we have the greatest fans in the world, our game is growing faster than ever."
So, there's that.

Yep. Though Marchand's deliberate low-bridge against Tarasenko with 3:20 left was even more obvious, it was going both ways.

Sucks for Boston, but at least they had a chance to play through it, unlike Blues and the hand pass.

I'll never blame the officials, right wrong or indifferent, but it looked to me like they were making decisions, not calls.
Should have put up 5, but sometimes the bounces don't work in your favor.

Cassidy post game saying they were screwed by the non call and that the Blues had complained about them getting so many calls early in the series. What he doesn't mention is that the Bruins had all the power plays in this game and did not score. He might have a point if the Blues had 5-6 power plays tonight to the Bruins 3. Bruins had every advantage in this and failed.
