RULES
ONLY THOSE CONTESTANTS IN THE GAME CAN VOTE
Every contestant starts with 10 points, with the exception of those noted above, they know why
Vote for a contestant by posting your vote after their name in your new post
Each poster has 2 positive votes and 2 negative votes per day
Each poster may vote +2, -2 or split their votes +1 +1 or -1 -1, but you MUST vote a total of 2 positive votes and 2 negative votes,
Final 2 contestants CAN NOT Vote in the Finals
All votes must be in the same post, no splitting votes in multiple posts
No fractional voting all votes must be whole numbers
A day is considered 12:00 Midnight to 11:59PM EDT; the official time zone of the 2019HPVOG is Eastern Daylight Savings Time
You cannot vote for or against yourself
A contestant is voted off when their vote total equals zero- votes are calculated at the next update which may occur at anytime, poster is eliminated when voted off and confirmed with an update
Official updates are random and may not happen daily, no updates on weekends or holidays.... deal with it

ABSENTEE BALLOTS
A maximum of 7 days can be voted by proxy, this allows those on vacation, fishing, (frank)ing or banned to submit absentee ballots. Absentee ballots must be submitted to BOTH: Streit2thePoint and watsonnostaw via PM or one if the other decides to accept a screen cap of the PM indicating such voting or whatever, we really dont care nor should you
If you vacation, fish or are banned for more than 7 days, congratulations, however you can only vote a total of 7 days via absentee ballot
absentee ballots can not be changed, if you vote for a dead poster too fuqing bad, no re-votes once submitted
NON PARTICIPATION
Any poster not voting by Friday July 12th will be automatically eliminated and banned, ineligible to vote
GRIPES
Any controversies or grievances will be handled by the tribunal
VOTE IN OPTION
If there is a consensus that a poster be added after the start of the game, we will conduct a "vote in" sub game.
BONUS DAYS
BONUS DAYS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ATLEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE BONUS DAY STARTS, BONUS DAYS WILL BE VERY LIMITED AND WILL NOT ALLOW ANY RESURRECTIONS OF THE DEAD SO THAT PHILLYSPORTSGUY CAN STOP WHINING AND NOT GET HIS YARMULKE IN A WADDED BUNCH
WHEEL OF DEATH MIGHT HAPPEN JULY 15th or not
INSTANT ELIMINATION
ANYONE PMing Streit2ThePoint or watsonnostaw in regard to game dynamics or other issues within the game will be eliminated with immediate effect
