Unprofessional, yes..........but it’s nice to see a politician FINALLY represent and say what their constituents want.

She was just demoted a few weeks ago in her Cabinet ranking. Perhaps Ford may choose to humiliate her and insist on a public spanking in front of the Canadian Tire Centre.

I think she already issued an apology, but she's not agreeing with what Melnyk says she said. Don't like Melnyk, but what an idiot.

I have to wonder if this will change some of the negative interpretation of the Vegas expansion draft. Call it the benefit of hindsight if you want, but the reality is that Methot only played 45GP over the past 2 seasons at $4.9M/yr, and if he does play again it won't be at anything close to the level he was at alongside Karlsson. It was a very unpopular decision to leave him exposed, but it's increasingly hard to suggest that it was the wrong decision.

So far I'm liking our D signings.
We 100% need to get Chabot signed long term.

I was also thinking the other day and already posted this on a different thread but... Ottawa has been trying to bolster our D. But we really don't have any vets back there (Except for Old Ronnie H). We also need to take on some sort of contract to get to the cap floor.

The Pens are in trouble cap wise, we could totally take advantage of that situation and pick up Letang for his remaining 3 years. They have been trying to get rid of him and Ottawa could use him as a short term replacement for Karlsson while Chabot develops and because of the situation the Pens are in, I bet we could get him cheap.

It also could be a good idea to bring back Dzingle for a couple a years, he's a reliable scorer, fast and could be had for likely $4.5-$5 Million per year
