I think a big part of his qualms are with the inconsistency of his linemates, not just the quality. If we can staple him together with Neal and Benson and let them develop some chemistry, then I think that covers his main line-related complaint. Next would be winning which I think is better served by keeping the wonder duo together.

Holland you magnificent bastard!!! I would have taken the Erikson trade but Neal can actually score goals...Neal on mcdavids wing easy 30 goals if not more...all he does is shoot. Sucked for him he was stuck on a flames team with no competent centers but he has always scored...lucic can hit so there is that no watch out for but we have enough size to balance out...

This trade allows Neal to play with mcdavid and pot 30-40 goals and allows drai to run the second center spot with nuge on his wing...Neal must be the happiest guy after this trade...
