Only time we fill it is during renovation projects since we compost most things. We have twice as much recycling than garbage.

it seems that he is upset that instead of sucking for 5 or 6 years we got the pieces we need to make it a 2 or 3 year rebuild. and every analyst is wrong except for him. maybe he and saver can start their own site. Saver is full of hot air and he hates everything seems like a match to me.
