Woll and Scott coming in, Hutch re-upping, even before Neuvirth got a PTO Sparks was on the outs and gone. Kaskisuo was already there and that is four plus Neuvirth being given a chance.

Sparks was NOT good prior two years ago in a limited window, played exceptional in the AHL, and was given another shot and failed miserably.

As an AHL guy for depth, emergency backup if Fleury goes down sure, but expecting him to steal Subban's spot? Not a chance in hell that is going to happen.

AHL goalie not an NHL one.

You can play Sparks and Subban all you want. They are not NHL goalies, and doubt they ever will be. Neither will be able to replace Flowers down the road.

Subban can very well take the job once Fleury's three-year deal expires.

He can take his job no problem. But not sure you will have the same results.

You probably remember that 8 goal stinker last season, where the team hung him out to dry.

I was never a Subban guy, but seeing how he has progressed under MAF, I have full confidence in him being ready to start full time in the next two years.
