Do you feel Hak and at the world championships Lindbloms usage was the right usage? Did they see something ?

I like Lindblom's game. He seems to be in the right spot a majority of the time. Even if he is not scoring he is sound defensively. He will score 20 goals regularly if given the appropriate minutes and line mates.

Bill-

What's going on with with some obscure 4th liner that had a cup of coffee here?

Lindblom has shown a clear trend of steadily improving at every level he plays at. He scored 17 goals as a raw NHL rookie. He has real ability along with hockey sense and strong play away from the puck. I think he's going to be one of those under the radar good players that are the backbone of a good team.

Huh, I hope usage goes better for Lindblom this year. He should be on the PK and 2nd PP. Middle six minutes.

Lindblom can play the right side as well as the left, so he could end up being the 3RW.

If the Flyers felt like adding another Swedish Oscar, they could start Frost and Farabee in the AHL.

Snyder always liked to make the Flyers a 'family' biz.
Hard to think of an owner who loved his team like Ed.
One of the reasons I have been a fan of this franchise for 52 years or so, is the bond of associations generated within the organization that last into many 'retirees' golden years. I grew familiar with the players/staff and felt their glories and failures as they happened.
Plenty of memories which do not have to impact me but I let them. Wows and Yeows.
Is that one way of being a fan?

Weird how now you criticize hakstols usage when all season long you worshiped all of his moves. And still say he was right by using the veterans over the young guys.

Troll.

Its posts like this, that have demonstrably false statements, that drag this site in to the gutter. Just GTFO here.

Does MJL live in your head so rent free that you have to create a new login just so you can troll?

Sad.

In particular he defended Hak's absurd over usage of Lehtera, even when it was obvious Lehtera couldn't play in the NHL anymore.

Lehtera only played 3 NHL games and 5 AHL games after Hak was fired.

Actually since you’re all knowing I’m not a troll I’ve probably been following this site for longer then you I read it daily just never posted before... I don’t appreciate being talked to in that way. I’m just calling someone out.. because he is very arrogant and is never wrong.

Lindblom should have played more, let’s leave it at that...

Both cases were coaches leaning on the vet theory, I do believe the news is out that young players are the new trend

I have my doubts but I'll give you a short window and a short benefit of the doubt. Please show me how the post you quoted now criticizes Hakstols usage of Lindblom?

This is where we'll start. Here is your big chance. Let's see what you got.

You didn’t that’s the point said he steadily improved yet were fine with him being benched.. and being on the 4th line makes no sense. I actually respect your posts but the arrogance is a lot to handle. You were behind everything Hak did and are never wrong.

It’s not a coincidence that once Lindblom got more minutes under a new coach he started to blossom

It's what I expected. You've got squat. I'm fine with NHL coaches using ice time as a tool in developing young players. Every NHL coach does it. Vigneault will do it with the Flyers young players. He may just have better veterans to choose from. The arrogance is your perception and I don't care what you think about that. If you want to have discussions with me on my opinions, I'll be glad to do so but only if your tone changes. If not, then I'll just go with what MBFlyer posted and add you to the list.
