You got Staal making 20, really can't get much more bang for you buck with that. So many random Oiler wings making pennies too.

Also, the other component from Down Goes Brown's column was: "each player you will pick will cost you a salary of $1 per regular season game they ever okayed for your team. If you want a guy who played one full 82-game season, that's $82 of your cap gone."
