I was in a rideshare with a mexican girl that was dropping me off at my parents' place in Scarborough couple of years ago and she got to a left turn at a large suburban intersection and complete froze, had no idea how to take a left turn on a green with oncoming traffic.

I have some ride share war stories. Most recently I was getting onto 93 (interstate) and the on ramp is on the left side of the highway. Well, we had to take the next exit in like 1/2 a mile and therefore had to cross a few lanes to get over. This person just put their blinker on, waited 3 seconds and without looking changed lanes. I'm glad I'm still here.

Not really clear on the nuts and bolts of it but I had read that LTIR can be used at any point during the summer, but it maximizes in value the closer to the regular season that is.

Not sure why that is or if that's even accurate.
