I get it, I like Kase, too, but the SOB is hurt ALL THE TIME! I often wonder if his middle name isn't Joffrey. Besides, I went to the prospects games this past weekend. Steel, Jones, Terry, Comtois, Lundstrom, and Sherwood looked really good and didn't look like they wanted to play in San Diego next year. Who didn't look good was Larson. Faulk would be a great right handed shot D-man and the Ducks would FINALLY have someone who can get a shot through from the point on the PP. But, if Justin doesn't waive, it's a moot point.

Faulk is a UFA after this year. No way Kase is included unless it’s a sign and trade.

If that is indeed the deal (Kase for Faulk) Murray should be fired immediately. Kase has term and is young, he’s exactly the kind of player the Ducks need.

It's not a sign and trade. It's a "let the ducks negotiate a deal with his agent before you trade him" situation.

Kase has had at least 2, maybe 3 concussions. He's one hit away from being another Simon Despres. As much as I love the kid, I'm concerned going forward of his durability.

Christ sakes!!!! So you guys land Gardiner on an absolute steal, then trade Faulk to Ana for what I guess will be a 1st rd pick (and a good one if it is this seasons ducks). A+ Canes
