I'm just excited to get back to Hockey! The team should be angry about last season... Half the problem with them last year was a noticeable lack of urgency and seeming disinterest they took to the ice at times. That needs to be fixed and let's face it... This team has always played better with a chip on their shoulder. They've had one for almost two decades, and to an extent so has the fan-base, that's just what they're used too.
A part of me wishes they wouldn't hold the banner ceremony for the Central Title we know is coming... Not that I give a flip what anybody else thinks of it, I just don't feel up to celebrating anything about what happened at the end of last season, especially an accidental division win. Then again, it'll annoy the Trolls so what the heck, do it. |
