Namestnikov playing to get OTT a 2nd rounder maybe + at the deadline.
Pageau playing like he should stay in OTT and maybe even get the C.
White breaks the ice this year and Brady gets his first assist of the year.

but it was a bad game for sens..they won and they can't and should not do that often.....

So less serious than the Carolina game, then?

I don't know. Both were pretty painful. Not swept by Columbus painful, but hauntingly familiar.

So, do we sign DeMelo to an extension or trade him at the deadline? He's 27 in May 2020 and should be good for another 4-5 years. He always seems to get the job done.

I think you decide this one at the trade deadline. What happens if you sign him and he gets a serious injury; OR he adds value and you get a good return at the deadline. The Sens have Chabot, Brannstrom, and Zaitsev as locks for their top 4 moving forward. There's Docker, Thomson that should* be top 4 ready in 2-3 years.

Resign Demlo (no longer than 3 years) makes sense

Love Pageau. Work ethic plus. Feels right that he models the kind of play you want to see from the young guys. Pageau was +3 on the night, Point -3 and they picked up 5 minutes for fighting each other. Super cool!

Baby Sens won 5-4 against Binghamton.

Batherson had a 5 point night, 4 assists and the winning goal in overtime.

Logan Brown had a 4 point night on 2 goals and 2 assists.

Sens should recal Paul/Brown/Batherson line and play them as a line and see how they do in the NHL, those 3 are beyond dominant as a line in the AHL.

Makes some sense. You would have to think they would be as good as most fourth lines and better than many.

When artem was down for the 3rd period really liked what I saw with Namestikov JGP Brown line. Namestikov could have had 2 more goals easily.

Wonder if they will keep that line together?

Maybe move artem down to the 4th with sabourin boedker/abramov?

Solid 60 minute effort, hope we see more of that moving forward.

Just need to fix the abysmal pp

I did the Tankathon NHL draft simulator. I only did one try.

Sens came up with the 6th pick overall.

But, and it is huge butt, San Jose came out on top with the #1 overall pick.

Sweet!
