Habby Thanksgiving!!!
Habs were the first team to hand the defending Stanley Cup champs their first regulation loss and the first time Binnington allowed 5+ goals in a game IN HIS NHL CAREER
Not too shabby for a 'team of 3rd and 4th liners' eh

was St. Louis on the 2nd of back-to-backs?
f they weren't it would be impressive.
were there any goals scored that were questionable?
Beating St Louis right now is impressive, regardless of schedule. What that team has done since the New Year is remarkable. From where they were to where they are now...wow. And then to not stumble or have a major letdown to start this season is almost as impressive a feat. Solid club

Blues were in Ottawa on Thurs with Jake Allen in nets so no B2B and a well rested Binnington....
No questionable goals but there was a despicable missed call late in the 3rd in a (frank)ing tie game where the soft Peterangelo buttended Domi in the face and of course all the refs missed it
Luckily Mad Max ended up icing it with a beautiful empty netter and crammed it in Peterangelos face
I can’t wait for when the Habs visit St. Louis on Oct. 19th.
I wanna see Domi kick the sh*t outta that cheap shot taking Pietrangelo. Butt end to the face! How is he not getting a hearing for a suspension!!?? It was dangerous and completely trying to injure Domi.

I think he should just be thankful Domi didn't tear his head off instead he made them pay on the ice. You love to see it
And how about Dru, was nice to see the Bell Centre faithful with the much deserved standing O after the game and more specifically for his strong play to start the year

Drouin has been great! Real nice to see him playing with effort all over the ice. He has changed my mind about him! I’m sure a lot of people feel the same

To be fair, Domi has a very punchable looking face. It's hard not to want to inflict some sort of damage to it when the opportunity presents itself!

Couldn't agree more, one day that little clown will run into someone who will rip his head off.
