I think we're a goalie and a "hossa" away from being the blackhawks in 2 years. Is Hoffman a Hossa? Probably not, but he's a great bottom 6 anchor that imo is a missing piece we need to stabilize the lines.

They have Hoff and Dadonov both UFA this summer. They have potential replacements in the pipeline, but none have proven they're ready to replace either of them yet. Hoff made it through the off season, he's not leaving now. Tough decisions coming this summer, though.

Blackwood made the same save last night in the NJ/RAGS game and I think it was more impressive than this one although it is a fantastic save.

Listen I know the Panthers have some good players and added Bobrovsky, but the odds are majorly stacked against them in that division. Tampa, Boston, Toronto are head-and-shoulders better than the Panthers, plus Buffalo/Montreal are significant threats as well.
