Wait Jan you forgot to talk about the Ranger xGF% and XFTC in the 3rd period ratios?

Option A: 1) Panarin - Zibanejad - Strome; 2) Kreider - Chytil - Buchnevich; 3) Lemieux - Howden - Kakko; 4) Brendan Smith - Andersson - Fast

Option B: 1) Panarin - Zibanejad - Kakko; 2) Kreider - Chytil - Buchnevich; 3) Lemieux - Strome - Fast; 4) Greg McKegg - Howden - Smith (with Andersson in the AHL)

I like option A, but I also like option B. Option B, wonder what that does to Strome's points per game and trade value.

I don't think it's going to matter. I don't Zib coming back anytime soon

I like the idea of Andersson back in the AHL, Howden down to 4th line when Zibinajed comes back

makes most sense

Its why I will defend Quinn. He knows how to work with the players. He isn't stuck in one way of coaching. Different players react to different styles of coaching

I would prefer they simply make Strome the third line center and knock Andersson or Howden out of the lineup. Strome is obviously more talented than Howden or Andersson. I would prefer they send Howden down and give Lias a real chance. I doubt that will happen and I think Lias has no future here.

Or you could bring Zib back in "slowly" and make him the third line center for a game or two. Then flip Strome and Zib or keep it if it's working.

If the 2 lines are still playing well Zib should go to the 3rd line

I know there is this belief that your top players should be on your "top" line but that is BS. If they could roll three threatening lines they should do so. Match up nightmares for the other team.

Yeah, I'm not saying Zib should stay there but thats were I would put him when he comes back if the 1st 2 lines are rolling.

A third line of Kakko, Zib and Lemieux sounds great to be honest.
