Looked more like he was going to sack him as the ball was released and he went to the ground with Rudolph on top of him. Rudolph is trying to rip his helmet off from both sides, fails, then Garrett went all ape poop with the quad helmet rip as Rudolph is kicking him in the groin. Then Rudolph jumps up looking for a fight. The rest is history. He is absolutely somewhat culpable and should be suspended a couple games as well imo. Clearly not nearly as bad as Garrett but let’s not act like the guy didn’t do anything. Also, he’s doing all of this with 8 seconds left in a 2 score game where he threw 4 pics and cost his team the game...... and he then uses the term “Busch league” to describe the incident after the game. I call bullpoop.
