Contingency, pro bono, financial backing from whatever civil rights group etc... I doubt he'd have too much trouble financially if he wants to go down the path of suing.

Agree on Pageau. With all the success on the farm would rather see some youth then if we're in the hunt at the td then go after an established scorer.
Would be nice if they could send Janko down for a few games to try and regain some confidence. Wtf happened to him? That failed Kadri trade screw him up so bad that he looks lost out there?

Jankowski, Frolik, and Brodie have all struggled since all the rumours of trades involving them fell through. If I was another team I would buy low on janko...he’s way better than this

The Babcock stuff with Marner and Franzen was so much worse. The NHL also knows there's a 99.9% chance they win the case.

Settling is actually one of the best ways to prevent a precedent from being set... You can seal the terms, whereas if it were to get to court, it would actually be much much worse.
