Bergevin's a disaster that's been given more than enough time by the owners to improve the Habs. He overpaid certain players in their long term contracts, doesn't know how to target and obtain what's required and usually points the finger at players when the going gets too tough for him.
This guy built(?) the current team and is responsible for the mess it's become.
I'd also start questioning whether or not Julien is the right coach. He has adapted somewhat to young, speedy players but something is missing in his coaching philosophy. When Gallagher starts shaking his head at Julien during a game, something must be wrong.
