Its so much better to have Haley on the ice for 5 minutes than to give Anderson a chance!! |

scratching Nieves for Haley is silly, but the 4th line is never the reason we win or lose |

I mean for the most part I agree with you, but NYI wins alot of games on the strength of their depth lines. We talked about what great players guys like Boyle and Moore were, being able to put out a reliable 3rd and 4th line can make a huge difference.
Haley needs to be let go. I agree he had a good preseason, but at this point he's blocking useful players like Boo being in the lineup. |

oh yeah, for other team's yes, the 4th line can be the difference, but not the way the Rangers are constructed
but even the Islanders are exaggerated
people assume Czikas and Clutterbuck are their 4th liners when it reality they play a lot
Leo Komorov and Otto Koivula are never the reason the Islanders win |

Point is if you are giving a fringe player 5 minutes a game, why not play one of your prospects?? The Rangers are suppose to be rebuilding here. The way they have handled Anderson and with Kratsov leaving, this is a mess of a rebuild. |
