Raffl out a month. That's a blow. The 4th line was looking great

JVR will move up, and they will prob put Stewart on the 4th line.

I don’t understand why you guys need my approval or my validation. There are areas to the Flyers game I would like cleaned up during the process. The points you be made are valid. Nobody said that the OT wins don’t count as wins, those are just the type of Exaggerating children make. I just want to properly close out games.

I don’t care how small the sample size in comments Alain Vigneault made, he still stared the games are too close and we realize you heavily on our goaltending and I agree.

That’s the way to close out a game, almost like they heard you, my man

I would rather they call up andreoff or rubstov

Damn that game shifted gears quickly at the very end! Leafs dominated (nearly) start to finish. Credit to Hart for standing on his head and stealing a win away from the far more deserving team

I'd rather they just dress 7 d. They all deserve to play. And then alternate double shifts for forwards. That would be the best lineup they could ice, but I know they won't do that.

Yep. Flyers were on their heels a bit in the first period. Hart kept them in it. With the exception of a few games Hart and Elliott have kept them in games when they were struggling until they could settle in and find their game. It's a big enough sample size to say there is no reason why they can't make the playoffs and contend. Other than Boston and Washington, I don't see why they can't be as good as anyone else in the East.

I need to see it over a longer period of time. I’m ecstatic at their level of play but it’s just not long enough. I also believe an injury to coots or provorov would devastate their playoff chances

He’s great isn’t he and his goal support came through in the end.

I agree, if that. The power play definitely helped make it look a little better for the leafs. Hart did have to make some tough stops though.

I don’t think the team’s best players have been consistent.
- SuperSchennBros

I think Giroux has finally hit his stride. He's been playing much better on both sides of the puck, and his point totals are finally starting to climb. Same with Hayes, although I'm not sure if he's a historically streaky player or not. Ghost may never put up 65 points again, but he's been getting better and playing with much more confidence (hopefully the recent goals keep him going). Provorov has had a great rebound year. Couturier has been his usual awesome self.

The only 2 players where I have an issue is Voracek and JvR. They're 2 players who need to put up points because they usually do not give you much else. Granted, both seem to have bought into AV and are playing better 2-way hockey than we've seen before, but they're paid to produce. If they can get going, this team could be more of a force.

I liked what Therien said post-game, that some teams will finally start to notice the Flyers and take them a bit more seriously. That will mean harder games where teams will get more geared up, but that's what the team will need to face to grow.

Don’t even know what you’re talking about. If this is a movie reference from the 70’s, I’ll be blown away you’re older than age 19.
