Was a pretty good first 15 minutes but the last five minutes were horrible. PowerPlay has become stagnant and there's no reason for that first goal to happen with McAvoy fanning on the pass and then not picking up the goal scorer...terrible sequence

My take:

Good first, terrible 2nd. We know that game is 60 mins right? Cuz we play like 15 of it.
We allow our first and get our first shorthanded goals of the season. Weird.
We are soft, like Charmin soft, like Maple Leaf soft.
Pasta get nailed twice both were penalties one for sure and who steps up? Wags! The guy who just got back and is probably gone again.
Players being run and virtually no one does poop all.
Not the Bruins way, embarrassing.

We need Miller back and some balls on wing. Can we get #22 out of retirement pls.

It was Moore that went after Smith...looked like Smith left his feet and went pretty high. Pasta has been hit hard a bit over last few games.

Looking at the replay and screen shot it certainly appeared Pasta was pushed by Toews stick, not sure a cross check but his left leg did appear to trip him up.

Someone else's turn for the next thread

Exactly my point Busher. Moore HAD to step in since no one else did. The freshly cleared player should not be the one that has to jump in.
Need old school Bruins, you recklessly nail our star players you get teeth knocked out.

dont disagree but you mentioned Wags in your post...not Moore

i dont really have a problem mixing some stuff up tonight...they were not sharp but could have been up 1 or 2-0 in first. 2nd period was not good...

I hope Bergy is back saturday and settle things down a bit...

They are gonna be jammed when Miller is back...something has to give

Oh poop!!!! Sorry dude, yes it was Moore. Right person wrong bloody name. Whoops!!!

Bergy is certainly missed.
Correct we are jammed on defense, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. We need some size and grit on D to keep things honest. I'd be willing to sacrifice a few points to ensure players are being targeted.
Miller is a solid defenseman who isn't prone to dumb plays and always ready to stand up for his teammates.
He's a bigger fiercer Ferrence.
