There is no way to positively spin being -1 on the PP in a month. It's both objectively and subjectively awful.

Skinner, who was noticeable tonight, has not scored a power play goal in 54 games and he’s on our #1 PP.

I can’t remember the last time Rhino got a PP goal although he had a slick feed today.

The rotation of Risto, Joker, Dahlin has resulted in two PP goals in 30 games.

I never leave the power play off the hook.

A main point in my Skinner tirade is how he doesn’t produce on the main advantage.

Or how power play goals and short handed goals count the same as even strength goals.

Special teams has been terrible and we have lost our last two games because of it (including Hutton giving up a 4 spot every time he starts)

Skinner's skill set just doesn't translate to the PP. Neither does Sam's for that matter. Nice pass today, but that play works once every month or two.
