That happened like 3 hours ago but he had no shots on goal so, ya know, he is a gifted tipper. I thought he might play better back home.

Skinner played well as he should more often. When the announcers like Ray even say a couple times that "Skinner has played well tonight" it kind of insinuates he is not noticed many other games.

This just makes my case Ray seldom even gives his cheap praise to Skinner's game and he finally has a good 60 min game where we notice him and he finally throws his praise on him. That is noticeable, it's not usually hard to get praise from Ray. A bad period by the Sabres can get spun well by him so this was noteworthy.

- they need a 2C in a bad way
