I'm not for trading Sam, but Olofsson plays RW on the PP, he could probably play RW with a little more NHL experience. He's actually listed as a RW in some places.

That's great, like I said don't think he sucks, but this team is on a slide, and it's funny how that just coincides with are supposed core players not having shown up. And no it's not all on them, but this team can't afford for them to disappear for 10-15 game stretches, just not built for that. So you can say over a 82 game year he will finish with this, or that player will finish with that. But in a hockey season 10 15 game stretches can really make or break your season

Moving Sam makes little sense at the moment unless you get a true 2nd line center that is under contract for the next 3-5 seasons at a good cap hit.

That player needs to be a 60 point two way center.

That player will most likely cost more than Sam Reinhart in a package

Then add in the fact that there are no other wingers that would replace him like you mentioned...

Botts needs to start moving defense ASAP.

I mentioned in the other blog that I think Botterill is so gun shy about moving roster players especially after the ROR trade (depending on who you believe that could have been Pegula's doing)

I don't want him to go all GMTM here but enough is enough, a move needs to be made before the Christmas roster freeze.

Okposo, Erod, Sheary, Girgensons are completely useless. Larsson and Vesey are semi useless.

Mitts has been useless for the most part which is disappointing.

Mojo has been garbage since he came back from injury.

Olofsson, Reinhart, Skinner have been good.
