Cam ward definitely deserves the love you gave him. Hard to remember the beginning of the decade in sports though.

Your list is not bad even with your recency bias. The early part of the decade did not have much. Maybe Tuomo Ruutu or Jussi Jokinen. The Canes have been a good place for Finnish players including Joni Pitkanen before his career ending injury.

I'm honestly not sure.

He was better than I anticipated, but one wonders how much he has left, and if this move would forego possibly adding anything else before the deadline.
