Been saying it for years- Killorn is the kind of foot soldier you want on any team.

It was interesting, at intermission Lalonde was saying Killorn and Cirelli were driving play, so instead of keeping them together they wanted to seperate them so they can each drive their own line.

Nope, who did he knee?

He can be a pretty dirty player.

Palat. Knee on knee.

Apparently it's not as bad as initially thought injury wise.

As for Killorn and Cirelli driving their own lines... yeah... Cooper and Lalonde have really become better at mixing things up and changing their game plan on the fly over the last month. As I said elsewhere, I was definitely in the "knives-out" brigade for Cooper... but they've proven me wrong. They've gotten over some, if not most of, their previous (possibly perceived) stubbornness.

That's why JBB is a GM and I'm not, I guess!

I'll get off the "Fire Cooper Train" when the Bolts can manhandle teams like Washington and Boston. The Lightning have proven they can beat cellar-dwellers and middle-tier teams, but they still struggle against legit contenders.

I will get off it when we win the cup. Team has been good enough for years.

But im not really on that hardcore train. I thought he would need to make the SCF to get extended by JBB, but a record-setting regular season made things really wierd. His biggest problem is still getting out coached in 7-game series.
