The more I thought about it, the less I'd ever bring a star player back from a long stretch off against the Avs in Denver. Anyone expect to play more than 15 minutes is going to hit a hard wall with altitude.

If Sid and Kahun dont mesh, i wanna see Tanev get a shot or even Galch. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think he has really been given a fair shake in top-6 while the team is fully healthy (he also hasn't earned it). But hate to see him bounce with only having played 17 minutes with Crosby.

I liked the whole play from both sides. Tkachuk also has a near identical hit a couple years ago that’s pretty funny on Kassian. I live just outside Calgary so I watch a lot of Calgary games and Tkachuk is just a typical pest. Does his thing then runs away. No different than anyone else. Hopefully Lucic will sucker punch someone next game between them and things really go off.
