This may go against the flow here but after all the beatdowns this guy has put on players, due mostly to his size avantage, to see him get his head snapped back and the knees buckled a few nights ago was very satisfying. How does that feel big Z? If that doesn't scream hang them up nothing does. I guess Marchand turns into a Lady Byng candidate if he does hang them up.

Maybe you have a point but as Chara has aged his PIMs have gone way down.
I wouldn't consider him a dirty player and everyone takes a beating at some point.
Also, I get the feeling Marchand doesn't give a crap about being protected.
He's a remarkably talented guy who just needs to be an a$$hat once in awhile. Life without Chara isn't going to change his nature one bit. I doubt a bunch of beat downs would either.
