I find that lower bowl are where you can grab the better bargains. You can get upper for $90 or so, but lower for $150 or so. |

Not easy to be up on 31 teams prospects. We all know the usual top flight picks to varying degrees but after that it gets sketchy. I focus on a few prospects on some teams & track them out of curiosity. NCAA is easier for me generally. Juniors is too difficult to gauge. The AHL is a good barometer. Euros is hardest for info. |

If Ovechkin, like Backstrom, accepted a deal at the same percentage of the cap as his original 10-year deal in 2008-09 his average AAV would be ~$13.7 million. Connor McDavid, at $12.5 million, has the largest cap hit in the NHL.

Anyone familiar with the Corel Centre seating (or whatever the frank they call it in Ottawa these days)?
What's the deelio on 200 level seating - worth the extra $50 over 300 level?
It sure seems like it would be worth it - I'm wondering if there is a catch or something.
I haven't been to a game in Ottawa since 1997 - they scored late to break Hasek's shut-out and the Sens qualified for the playoffs for the first time. The building was pretty rocking that night. |
