Yup, and multiple outlets reported that GMJR had Zero contact with Kovy's agent and that he wasn't a fit in our system.

Flyers trading Ghost for Oates...uh...I mean Getzlaf would be a recipe for disaster in terms of fielding a decent D next year. They'd be right up against the cap (if not over) and have only Provorov, Niskanen, and Sanheim under contract for next year.

Manson is a right handed D who isnt scared to lay a hit, hes young and hes signed for another 2 years at 4.1 million. . .

Make a deal for Alexandar Georgiev and Chris Kreider

It may cost but Georgiev whould be amazing behind Freddy and give the Leafs a future Number 1 if Freddy got too expensive. Kreider is fast and gritty and can play the left side I am pretty sure. We would obviously have to make room for him going forward after this year but if they could agree to an extension that can fit with what the Leafs can free up than it would be amazing.

Now all that being said, who would we lose and would it be worth it?

I think a team that looks like this going forward would be great a little bit more even across the board. . .
